BI Developer

The BI Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models using tools such as QlikView, Qlik Sense, and SQL. This role focuses on transforming business requirements into scalable, efficient BI solutions that support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) insights for the Doctrix platform. The BI Developer will work closely with Business Analysts and operational stakeholders to ensure data quality, performance, and clarity in visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into data solutions.
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools, with a specific focus on QlikView and QlikSense.
Utilize SQL and other programming languages for data manipulation, analysis, and transformation.
Design and optimize ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Create intuitive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by performing data quality checks and implementing appropriate measures.
Document processes, data models, and report specifications to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Business Analytics / Data Science / Statistics or related field.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Strong proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI. Preferably QlikView or QlikSense.
Good understanding of RCM metrics and processes and related reporting.
Ability to transform business requirements into technical BI solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and data accuracy..
Ability to self-learn, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on the US calendar and night shift.

Work Hours:

This is a full-time position, and the candidate is required to work during the night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM Sri Lankan time.

Location Requirements:

Candidates should be located near (less than 20km) our office in Nugegoda, Sri Lanka, as this is an on-site position.
