Operations Analyst /Associate Operations Analyst is a key professional of the Operations team, who supports data management processes, trade processes, client reporting and problem resolution for different client accounts while meeting operational requirements.

Prerequisites:

2 to 3 years previous experience in the RCM field
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including our US clientele
Should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft office tools
Willing to work onsite during Day/Night shift
Candidates must be graduates, undergraduates with pending results, or HND holders with adequate RCM experience

Opportunities are available in the following both Day/Night shift onsite:

Day Shift : 10.00am to 7.00pm (Sri Lankan Time)
Night Shift : 7.30 pm to 4.30 am (Sri Lankan Time)
